CLEANSE & DETOX
Cleansing is the natural process of eliminating toxins and waste from your body. In particular, toxic waste that has accumulated and is impacted in the large intestine. Detoxification is the powerful natural process that removes waste from your cells, organs and blood but when our bodies become so bogged down and toxic, we are no longer able to effectively detox naturally. When you do a comprehensive cleanse, you jump start the natural detox process in your body. Only your body can detox your body!
At my Vida Cleanse, you will experience a complete cleanse. You will lose weight and kick start your body to begin the powerful detox changes within your body and you will gain all the tools you need to keep your body’s detox process healthy and strong after you leave.
You will be guided and supported so that eliminating solid food for 6 days will be easy. You will consume nourishing liquids, juice, teas with Purium Health Products. You will lose weight, experience a new found clarity and you will have the tools to change your life. When you leave my Vida Cleanse, you will be well on your way through the detox process. Vida Cleanse is an opportunity to heal, learn and transform through juicing and fasting. My mission is to help you cleanse your body at the cellular level, utilizing colon hydrotherapy, massage, Soundbath, yoga and hiking while soaking in naturally detoxifying mineral pools. Your detoxified body will do what it is designed to do best – HEAL ITSELF! I will help you on your journey to transform your body, mind and spirit to achieve real, lasting results. I will guide you how to fundamentally shift your relationship to whole foods by teaching you how to adopt a more plant based way of life.
My goal is to guide you throughout your journey to a more health conscious lifestyle after you leave. There is no better environment to begin your journey than at AZURE PALM HOT SPRINGS. I will provide the essentials you need you throughout your Vida Cleanse so you can achieve your wellness goals and healthy lifestyle changes.
WHAT WILL MY DAY BE LIKE?
Our retreats are designed so you are supported and guided based on your “own” pace and comfort level. Since everyone’s health is at a different place, we suggest that you take from our schedule what feels best for YOU.
My retreat supplies you with the daily fresh juices, broths, teas, plant powered supplements and includes 2 colon hydrotherapy sessions (closed system). You will also receive nutritional guidance, a private Eden energy session, yoga and hiking so that you leave a healthier and more educated person about your health and wellness.
Each day you will enjoy a scheduled hike, yoga, energy work or spa session…or you can just soak in the natural mineral water, make a spa appointment, meditate in the Himalayan salt room, or just relax. Here you will reboot your healthy sleep cycle to leave fully regenerated. We encourage everyone to go at their own speed.

A week prior to arrival, you will receive an itinerary and pre-cleanse preparation instructions. By the time you leave, you’ll take with you essential information and tools to continue your healthy lifestyle changes as you transition back to daily life.
JUICING
You’ll be indulging in daily fresh organic juices packed with some of the most important antioxidants, Vitamin C and A and its concentration of beta-carotene. Every morning you will enjoy a fresh hydrating watermelon juice enriched with beets and celery. Every afternoon, you will enjoy detoxifying green juices, power packed with nutrition. Greens produce chlorophyll which oxygenates your blood. YOU WILL NOT BE HUNGRY! You’ll be ingesting Organic Purium Health Products such as probiotics, fiber, and electrolytes.
We’ll be finishing off each evening with a delicious magic mineral broth–a Life Saver, which regulates your acid / base balance, aids in muscle contraction, and regulates the fluid balance. You will have a complete, easy to understand schedule and will consume something every 2 hours. Hunger will not be an issue during your Vida Cleanse.
BODY & MIND WORK
You will participate in yoga sessions, hikes, and relaxing forms of exercise for both mind and body. We will meet each day for educational workshops such as meditation or B12/6 vitamin shots. You’ll awaken energies that bring resilience, enthusiasm and joy during an Eden Energy session. You’ll culminate your retreat with a LuninEssence soundbath with rich sounds and specific vibrations that balance energy centers and align all chakras through sound healing, helping focus your strength of willpower as you transition to daily life.
You’ll have access to amenities like the Himalayan Salt Room and Desert Ice Room. Salt therapy helps cleanse the respiratory system and produces negative ions causing your body to release serotonin. Halotherapy can support the immune, nervous and lymphatic systems while providing blissful relaxation.
Moving from the healing heat of the Himalayan Salt Room to the bristling cold of the Desert Ice Room and back increases circulation, reduces tension and inflammation, improves muscle recovery, invigorates the mind.
COLON-HYDRO THERAPY
Colon hydrotherapy is very important during your cleanse. The cleansing process is accelerated by each 45 minute colonic session. It stimulates peristaltic action of intestines restoring normal muscle tone and removing impacted waste, and reducing weight and bloating. Colonics help the bowels restore their proper function by washing away toxins, and gentle stomach massages that improves the circulation and bowel musculature. Your cleanse includes one colon hydro therapy session. Daily colonics are highly recommended to bring higher levels of colon toning and hydration.
